My question is… How do you turn the trailer with that much weight and that many axels? Do you have to put new tires on every time you make a turn?

    ROPS is certified …
ROPS is certified it at 268300lbs
Ours weigh at about 235000 to 245000
as we have em set up.
They can haul them complete with blade but no ROPS due to height here in Nevada using a beam trailer .
Blade alone weighs around 35000 for the U blade.

Thanks for the comment. The whole back section of the trailer is lowered down by dropping the hydraulic suspension system. Timber is then placed between the ground and trailer. All wieght is transfered to the ground.

  12. richardtheone says:

how is the back of …
how is the back of the trailer supported so that it dosen’t crush at the pivot point because it would seem to me that the entire weight of the tractor9166,00lbs) is right on the back edge of the trailer at that time?? anway very impresive very profesional.. and for the guy that said you can’t haul them like that in the USA you are wrong..

  13. kohman7 says:

    It’s very dangerous …
It’s very dangerous. Anything could happen and that machine is over the side with your driver squished underneath it. Track pops apart, steering clutch sticks or the driver simply miscalculates.

Sure you could do it 1000 times and never have a problem, but that’s why they call them accidents. They happen when you don’t expect. You should always load the machine first and then have the mechanics take the cab and rops off. Reverse for when you are unloading.

  22. iiredeye says:

    Theres nothing …
Theres nothing wrong whatsoever with this loading driver can clearly see bed of truck and both tracks done it my self 100′s of times cant see a banksman but there not always used Komatsu at Birtley leave you to load your own macine without any help at all.

  23. Knox48x says:

    That’s the way you …
That’s the way you have to haul it. The roof aka the ROPS are probally to high for bridges, the blad is to wide so they haul it in pieces and emble it at the job site. That’s not dangerous he’s creeping along with someone guiding him i would imagine just incase..biggest i run was a D8 but man that’s a sick machine!!

  24. jonyknoxvil says:

    Well first you …
Well first you should keep your pie hole shut and get in touch with reality.
